One hour of pure Sound Healing. No sharing circles, no experience needed. No doing. Just being.
Allow this time for a nervous system reset, to be present, release tension here and to go home feeling recharged and restored. A great mid week pick me up along with the new moon energy that week.
The gentle sound vibrations from the Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls will wash over you and providing resonance healing, allowing the mind to switch off and be still. Nothing to do, nowhere else to be, come as you are. All welcome. Both men and women. Group session up to 10-12 people.

Feel the call to ceremony? Time outside of the ordinary to do lists, gossip, life’s challenges. We join here to heal, heal together and support each other. Everyone is welcome here. This circle is open to men and women from all backgrounds and beliefs.
We will share Cacao by the wood burning fire, pull oracle cards for wisdom and guidance, sharing circle and feeling really heard, but knowing this is optional if you need silence you are welcome to just receive, this is time for you, to stop the noise and journey within.
